Coming from the Netherlands, it was a relief to work with a Dutch architect who not only spoke our language, but also shared our aesthetic and mindset. We were looking for a place to spend long weekends and summers, and the result exceeded every expectation. The process was easy and transparent, even from a distance. Our second home now feels both Mediterranean and unmistakably ours.
We live in London and had been looking for the right team to transform a small flat near Alicante into our family’s summer home. From the first call, we felt in good hands. The Dutch background of the architect gave us a sense of shared values — efficient, honest and detail-oriented — while the local knowledge ensured everything ran smoothly. We absolutely love the result.
We’re a couple from Germany who fell in love with the Costa Blanca years ago. What convinced us to move forward with this project was the mix of international perspective and local expertise. The fact that the architect was Dutch helped us feel understood from the start. The spaces are bright, natural and calm — exactly what we needed to disconnect from the city and reconnect with ourselves.
